The funding was led by investors from Deutsche Bank's Asset Management Group as well as a group of private individuals.

Since the company became KeepSmart in late 1999, it has been developing new online continuing education products. The proceeds of this offering will enable KeepSmart to implement an aggressive sales and marketing campaign.
