January 28, 2000 - Last year, KeepSmart partnered with IBM to create the first WebSphere Commerce suite client education CD-ROM. The tool was designed to teach potential clients about IBM's robust e-Commerce environment and guide individuals to the Web for additional information and registration.

This year, IBM challenged KeepSmart to create a tool that provided a solid educational experience while still maintaining a clear marketing and sales message that inspires ISP's to purchase their system. KeepSmart responded with a comprehensive solution that includes basic training on how to create an Internet storefront, managing an on-line store, and more.
