Methodology

Our diagnostic approach and comprehensive research form the basis for effective program design and development. Our consulting team examines strengths and weaknesses through communication on-site and via telephone with the program participants and their management, peers and, where appropriate, subordinates. This investigation provides valuable information about the requirements of their job, the business environment, and the factors that contribute to achievement of goals.

Following acceptance of the fact-finding recommendations, materials are designed to meet the specific needs and goals of the organization. Training is delivered online or via workshop by SmartPros or clients.

Lack of follow up is the big problem with most training efforts. A follow up component, whether executed by SmartPros Financial Services Training consultants, line managers or others in the client organization ensures that the desired results are obtained within a reasonable timeframe.
